We had a wonderful time ringing in the New Year with our wonderful family. Family came from New Jersey, New York and Tennessee and met in the "middle" at Lake Anna. The house is beautiful and fully equipped. There is plenty of space for together and alone time. We were blessed with beautiful weather especially for Dec 30th when it was nearly 75 degrees and the some folks were kayaking, paddle boarding and even swimming!!!! It was absolutely beautiful just sitting down at the boat house. Strongly recommend everything about this house!!!

We recently visited Sunset Shores for a Long Weekend getaway. The home exceeded our expectations on every level. The house itself has a perfect layout for entertaining with a very open floor plan both upstairs and down. All of the bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms were super comfortable and the screen porch was our favorite place to eat meals cooked in the gourmet kitchen. The pontoon boat they have available for rent right at the dock was a great asset for daily boat rides with the family. They also had kayaks, canoes, basketball court and a fire pit we enjoyed most every night. We will definitely return to Sunset Shores for another vacation. Thank you!

This house was just what our extended family needed during this crazy time! Sunset Shores was thoughtfully designed to accommodate groups (we had 13 people) with its fully appointed kitchen, ample refrigerator and freezer space, two ovens, ice makers, dishwashers and laundry machines. We never left for the entire week and enjoyed the pontoon boat, kayaks, paddle boards and swimming. The fire pit was terrific for s'mores at night. Everyone was comfortable in their rooms and we made wonderful new family memories. Thank you!

This house had it all! The kids ages 8-17 had an endless choice of activities and the adults were spoiled with modern touches and an incredible home. Everything was top notch from the music through the main house, outdoor spaces and boathouse to the pool table, volleyball court and lake toys. The lake mat, kayaks, paddle boards and dock were perfect and the protected cove felt like a secure area for the kids to explore. There was so much to do right on property at Sunset Shores - we never had to leave! Owner and property manager were extremely responsive to all questions. We can't wait to return! This was the most luxurious and well appointed house we have ever rented! Absolutely awesome!
